Cleaning Services:
Window Cleaning (two stories), Janitorial, Office and House Cleaning, Carpet Cleaning, Ceramic Tiles and Grout Cleaning, Pre and Post event clean up.
Landscape Maintenance:
Weed Whacking, Tree Pruning, Gardening, Lawn Mowing, Post Construction Clean Up, Trimming and Hedging, Top Soil, Plants, Irrigation System installation and Repairs, Mulching.

- Give us a call/send us an email to request landscape maintenance services. Provide the address and at least 2 identifying features of your property, along with your service need.
- We will do an assessment of the job then send you a quotation.
- Easily make payment to our Pay Pal account and we will complete the job and send you pictures and your receipt.

Non Resident Package
- Keep your property free from shrubs and bushes.
- Lower the risk of house break-in by purchasing our Premium $50US (or equivalent) per month subscription package.
- No subscription fee!
- Pay 3 months advance and you are subscribed to pay the low rate of $50US (or equivalent) for each subsequent month. . We will visit your property each month and maintain your landscape for you.
One Time Package
- Call us up or email us as needed.
- We will assess the job, send your invoice and get the job done upon proof of payment.
- This works well if you plan to visit your home in Jamaica and want to come home to a freshly landscaped or clean yard.
